I've Tried

Ive tried to write the words
That no one has ever heard
Ive tried to win this fight
And not follow the calling light
Ive tried to paint my broken heart
But had know idea where to start
Ive tried so hard to hide my tainted soul
In hope of making myself whole
Ive tried to write a poem that rhymes
But have only failed time after time
Ive tried to fill the hearts of others
Only to hurt another
Ive tried committing the ultimate sin
Only to realize theres no way to win
Ive tried to end it all
Just so I couldn't fall
Ive tried taping my heart back together
Only to realize that pieces will be lost forever
But now I am so sick of trying
So sick of lying
So sick of all this f ked up sh t
Why wont it all just end?
