GRANDPA

I looked up at the Stars
And i saw a certain face
I looked harder and saw something
that made my heart race

I began to cry softly
I knew I couldnt hold on
I looked at the stars
until the break of dawn

It was you grandpa
I haven't seen you in 5 years
and still to this day
I Shed these hopeless tears

I remember the days we had
The good or bad, happy or sad
you took me under your wing
you are my second dad

To this day i talk to you
I know you listen to everything i say
thats because you love me
I wouldn't want it any other way

I will have you in my heart forever and all eternity
I know i will be in yours too
until the day it will again be you and me
