Dear child

by kelly waldron   Dec 11, 2005

Dear child you must come here
they are coming for you my child
your time is so very near
they are out to get you little one

run as fast as you can
run wild run free
they could never find you child
as long as you don't follow me

they rip the skin and flesh
The are the misery ones
if they ever find you they have won
the shadows are everywhere

stay away from shadows
stay away from night
keep to the meadows
keep to the light

they are coming my child
I can sense the misery are here
good bye my child I bid a fair well
child,your future isn't clear
