You at Christmas

by Laurence Hill   Dec 24, 2003

At my desk i wonder
I think of you at home
Wrapping all the presents
Before the Xmas morn

I think of you as beautiful
Your smile a dream to see
Tinsel in your hair
from around the Christmas tree

You love this time of year
For giving of the gifts
The biggest one you give
Is to me with love and kiss

I will be home soon
And hold you close to me
To tell you something special
Of what you mean to me.

Christmas isn't good
Without your cheering face
Those eyes that sparkle
And light up the place

I never want to be without you
Especially this time of year
But from now until eternity
My love will never fail.
