Hunter

by kelly waldron   Dec 11, 2005

The hunter hunts the shadow
In the serpents nest
the shadow hunts the prey
but she stands above the rest

never will she fall
until her dieing day
because shes mortal after all
unlike her shadows live forever

hunter choses death
before she choses the shadows
shes hopped on Cristal meth
but she knows shes up to kill

if the world in black and white
what if it went Grey
good and bad couldn't be determined
then would the hunter be prey?

I liked this poem too, I really like all your poems so far, you have talent. The only thing in this poem is i doen't understand this line 'then would the hunter would be prey' I think you might have added to many would's or maybe missed some other words.
