Im not really sure what this poem is about, But it sounds good. It sounds as if this teddy bear is a little girls best friend, And she tells it all her secrets. Anywho, Good job =]

The repetition is good. but some of the other lines seem a bit random eg 'My best friend moved away
And I lost my doggy'
they dont really fit together.
in the 3rd line 'secretes' should be 'secrets'
