The greatest times

I hurt so much when I cried that day,
Time for me for me had gotten away,
It was the end, though I could see it for awhile,
I decided not to feel it, I was deep in denial.
I am happy I spent the last moments having fun,
But also so sad that this chapter is done.

I had the time of my life and now it had ended,
I looked happy for a moment but that’s because I pretended
And I cried a million tears as I walked away,
Wondering why I had never dreaded that day
But then I realised I found the best in the situation,
I never took it for granted or caused complication.
I had the greatest times, that was never a mistake,
And I am so happy that I took all I could take.

*this is about when PE finished, i was so emotional it was kind of scary.
