Life Goes On

Have you ever loved someone so much till it hurts?
I mean whatever happens to you
regardless you put them first,
That if anything was to happen
life would undoubtedly end
and time would stop then the world ceased to spin,
Pictures, video tapes
and thoughts is all you have
and its almost like yesterday
that you could here them laugh,
What do you do when the person
who makes you strong is gone?
and everything that seemed right
just started to seem so wrong,
Insomnia takes over your body
and goodnight sleep
And depression follows up right behind and you cant eat,
The dream is done
and in your heart you know it
then you try to pull yourself together
because you don't wanna show it,
Then you finally shut your eyes
and see them in your dreams
And you wake up suddenly
saying "please! please don't leave!",
But they are
And its not a physical but an emotional scar,
But what can we do but life goes on.
