Sit down. Take a good look at yourself.

Sit down. Take a good look at yourself.
Who are you? What have you done with the old you?
Look at me. What's taking so long?
Stop it. Where did I go wrong?
Breathe. In and out-in and out.
Do you have to scream? Do you have to shout?
Wipe those tears off of your eyes.
It's your fault. You should have never lied.
You broke yourself. Now look at you.
Look at what you did. Not those pills again, close that lid.
Sit down. Take a good look at yourself.
It's not your fault. He broke you.
Look at me. Stop blaming yourself for his pain.
He forced love. You shouldn't look so ashamed.
Stop it. I know he's broken your heart.
Learning to breathe is the hardest part.
Sit down. Take a good look at yourself.
