Her

I see someone who once loved me
someone who once cared for me the way I did for her
She said that feeling we had will stay with me
but yet I find it hard to believe sometimes

Everyday I walk by you in the halls
and I see you and him next to each other
I start to think of what we once had and how happy we were
then I walk away trying not to cry

But the memories keep coming back
And I find myself starting to cry less and less
Not for the same reason anymore
This time it's because of all the wonderful memories

I have noticed we might not be together for a while
So with these memories I shall cherish forever
Just like the love that we once had for each other
For I'll be thinking and waiting for a chance to share that love we had again

I hope that you and him are happy together
All I can do is cry every time I see you with him
I wish the best and hope it last forever
For if that forever doesn't last I'll be at the end of that long road waiting for you

And I ask just one thing of you
To think of all the memories and to never let them go
For they will be my only memory of you that I shall ever have
And no matter what happens to never forget that I do still love you and miss you
