About Her

by Martyna   Dec 21, 2005

She's a regretful liar.
She's apologetic
but not very good at it.

She is unsure and incoherant.
Her mind is a swirl of castrated concepts.
Its hard to get a grasp with broken fingers.

She wont let you in, not right away.
She has an affliction with trust.
But she's hopeful
and she can't wait.

NOTE: I know this one is similar to "She" but I think it differs in many aspects, and I thought it was worth posting.

God, you just keep getting better and better. "castrated concepts", I love it, where'd you come up with that one? Since it's so similar to your other one, ever think about combining them? Just a suggestion. On one hand I love that your poems are so short and you still manage to capture everything, but then that just makes me sad when they end cause I want to read more. Oh well. Great work, but what did I expect?
