A bond now broken
A friendship not whole
just so many bad words
and a person with no soul

Wanting to ecscape
loosing our friendship your mission
battling over something wrong
a worthless competition

The moment was filled with pain
when I looked into your eye
the word shattered my heart
when you said goodbye

Your soul is dark
you have so much hate
breaking my heart
not one moment to hesitate

All will never be the same
the truth is filled with pain
that one hurtful word
will always remain

Will it ever be again?
maybe take a second glance
but that will never happen
