4 months and a little more,
who knew it would go so fast?
now not only are part of my present,
you're also etched into my past.

we've had fun times I'll never forget,
they're frozen in my mind.
and i hope that we will stay the same,
though I'm leaving California behind.

and maybe in a few years time,
the pictures will begin to fade.
but until then i will treasure.
all the memories we have made.

so here's goodbye for now,
but in a year or so who knows where we'll be?
