Screwed Up

Now, when I look at these cuts,
I wonder what I was thinking.
All that I know,
is that my heart was sinking.

Just because of one,
stupid little boy.
It just goes to show,
that our hearts are not toys.

I am so happy that I have found,
the happiness inside of me.
Because I really miss,
the girl I used to be.

I still think about him often,
but soon it will fade.
I've got to accept,
the stupid choices I had made.

I know that I will eventually,
find someone new.
Hopefully this time I'll love him,
and he'll love me too.
