A Man Worth Remembering

by Liz   Dec 28, 2005

A man has died and left his home,
Left a wife and three kids alone...
But we can not cry...
We must remember that he was an honorable guy...

He was a great lawyer, funny too,
Quite the crack up to those who knew...
Quite the fighter of this burden,
So don't cry Grandma Sherin...
He fought the cancer as best he could,
We knew the day would come,
Now our tears do us no good...
Grandpa Jim was someone...
Who could make you laugh though piss you off...
But someone who asked if you were alright even if all you did was cough...

He is a man worth remembering,
For taking his pain and never surrednering,
He is a man to look back on and laugh,
And rejoyce in the memories you have...

Grandpa Jim,
Died: December 22, 2005
Loving Husband, Great Father, Great Grandfather and Wonderful Lawyer...
You will be missed....
