Slow down
i cry
please halt your steps.
look around you.
realize the life you live.
open your mind
to the possibilty of wonder.
feel the earth.
let it surrender itself
to you.
keep your feet
planted to the earth
but let your mind soar.
slow down your life.
look around.
breath.
in.
out.
and remember to smile.

*i know its not really a poem..i mean...the traditional poem style i normally do. but i feel at peace with myself and others right now. i feel like i can live.*
