Heartache

When you left I didn't want to face it. I knew you wouldn't be back.

I knew you loved me. It's not the same if we aren't together. My heart aches. I'm feanin' for you baby. I'm in need of you baby.

No longer is my heart whole. A crack down the middle is all that keeps it together. That's more than you can say about us.

Sadly, I write this in tears. It just hurts so bad.

It's a heartache.

There is always more to say but for now, I'll leave that for another poem, another day, another time, or another hour, OK?
