Don't hold your tears

When everything just feels wrong,
When you don't know where the exit is,
When no one understands what's happening,
And no solution seems to appear,

Don't hold your tears.

When we lose someone we love,
When we are so down and depressed,
When our hearts are torn apart,
We still want to appear strong.

Why is that, may I ask?
Human beings just want to feel much stronger than they really are.

I'm telling you:
don't hold your tears. If you want to cry, go ahead.
Because that is what will make you stronger.
Emotions and feelings are made to be shared.

And remember:
I'll always be there when you are down,
We shared a lot of joy together,
And now we can also share sorrow,
Because that's what will make us closer.

Don't smile when you want to cry,
Don't turn around and lie.
Don't hold you tears,
Don't hide your fears

...Because I love you

it's funny how i wrote this poem in the evening and now, i myself cant stop crying. it seems like i cant stop.. i guess i'm not holding my tears but it's just too overwhelming...
