I Don't Need a Man

by LiL One   Jan 2, 2006

I don't need a man,
let me make that very clear,
I can stand alone on my own two feet,
without someone complimenting my rear.

I have my own job,
I pay my own rent,
so why do I need a man,
other then for my pure pleasure to torment?

I don't need a man to tell me
my hips are just right
and I look sexy in my stilettos,
I already know I look tight.

Sure, diamonds are nice,
I'll take them if I can
damn I would deserve them
for wasting my time on a man.

Yes I have needs too,
so if I let you stay the night boo,
remember one thing,
I was drunk when I left with you.

And please don't go back to your boys,
and tell them lies,
while calling me all sorts of names,
knowing damn well you will never ever get back in between these thighs.

I don't need a man,
to look at my chest,
I'm aware of what I have,
and I know I am blessed.

So to all the men,
that think I need you,
because what you have,
I can find in the next man boo.
