A Broken Heart

Its so hard to say goodbye
To the one you cared about
To the one you shared a part of your life with
And most of all to the one you loved

Its so amazing how one person can change so fast
From being so caring, loving and sweet
To a person that seems like they dont care at all
Wont look at you in the halls
Wont come up and talk to you
It hurts

You walk around and you see couples
Walking hand in hand
Laughing together
Falling slowly, helplessly in love
And you wish that you could have that again
Have it back to the way it used to be
When that special person cared for you more then anything

I guess that person doesnt realize the damage they are doing to the one they loved
To the one they cared about and to the one they said made them complete
You dont want to say goodbye, because of the care and love you have for that person
But at the same moment you want to scream at the person and make him feel how you do
Show that person what it feels like to hurt

When you know that this person is slowly fading away
You cant help but wonder what will you do with your life
How will it possibly be complete without that person?
That person made you feel secure, wanted, loved, cared for, and sometimes to where you cant even explain the feeling at all
That person said that they loved you
But deep down you wonder if they ever did
If they even cared

I know he loved me and I know he cared for me
But why has he changed
Who is he?
I dont even know anymore
Its my nightmare come true
My biggest fear come true
Im slowly losing him
