Lifes "Bliss"

by Kathryn H   Jan 4, 2006

Life isn't handed on a plate
Nothing important that you can rearrange
As much as I cry
Nothing will ever change
Without joy I have sadness
And pity is all that remains
My mind is set on drugs to take reality away
No matter how much pain sinks in, it'll never fade
I've chosen too many wrong doors
So now I've learned to turn the other way
Life may give you decisions
But you're never too sure which one to take
Guilt and regret is the hardest pain that we all make
Stress is not easy to let slip
Someones watching us feel pain
That is a big payment
I don't want to live like this
But the things you want
You don't always get
And it's never real bliss
So when people give you sh**t
Just walk off
Or give them a good-bye kiss
