A New Begining

by michelle suzzanne   Jan 7, 2006

Our story is over,
and a new one as just begun.
Sense I'm no longer in love with you,
I can finally have some fun.

Don't worry, I wont go crazy,
I'm just testing my limits, I wont go all out.
Besides, there is nothing to fear
as long as hes a bout.

Yes, theres someone new.
He came around just in time,
right before I started missing you.

So how has your life been going? Sense we said good bye;
Are you still out partying?
Getting, drunk, messed up, and high?

I'm glad to see nothing has changed.
And I guess things never will.
But hey, keep in touch,
cause apart of me loves you still.

This is a new beginning for me.
With him as my future,
and you as my past.
This is my New Years resolution,
and so I raise my glass.

My future I will look forward to,
my past I shall not dwell on.
This New Years Eve,
I say goodbye to you.

After we say our final goodbye,
we should never speak again.
For when we both can finally move on;
My new life can begin.
