Without your Love

A Life that everyone thinks
Is all too precious
Isn't to her

After all, it's such a mess
All the broken hearts,
All the tears of anguish and pain
That girl held inside

Nobody could blame her
All the times he broke her heart
He made her think
He really cared

Then he would ignore her,
Making her fall deeper
Deeper in a sea of pain all stored
In a place called her heart

She couldn't take it anymore
She wanted to throw it away
She threw her life away
And the memories of him

She wanted to make his sorry,
Sorry that he missed his chance
And he felt that sorrow...
At her funeral

She wrote him her
'thoughts of goodbye'
which he found
clutched in her life-less hand

That was his guilt trip
That letter she wrote him
He cried for her forgiveness
She cried out to him:
'I died without your love..
but you lived with mine...'
