you see today I saw a boy
and I know just by looking at him
he wont treat me like a toy

I walked up to him
and I said hi
and we talked for awhile
then before we said goodbye

he said you are a sweet person
want to be my girlfriend
and i said of course
diary i finally got a boyfriend

me and him have been together
for quite a while now
he promised we would last forever

he told me he loved me
thats what he said today
and don't worry
i love you too i say

he makes my life so wonderful
you don't even know
i love him truly
I'll never let him go

he broke my heart today
and i really don't know why
i don't even know what to say

the lies he said
the words he promised me
i thought for once
together we would always be

he said the way he treated me wasn't right
but i don't and now i am torn apart
he said i deserved better
and thats why he shattered my heart

i saw him with another girl today
and i cried so hard
i thought he had faded away

seeing him with her
makes me want him back
i need him here with me
diary what is it that i lack

my friends say i can do better
that its his lose
but i am lost without him

and i thought i found a new guy

the new guy and i
got together today
but all i could think of was him
and i wondered what he would say

i told the new guy
it wasn't working out
and then i told him
