Finger prints mark me
I'm dangerous.......
i am A surface once smooth like glass
now ruff and splintered
my eyes glance down
the timeless escapade i traveled in the dept of the night
traces my cheek
follows the innocence of my lips
caresses the nape of my neck
and stabs me in the heart
found stains of poison on your lips
after u kissed me to my undoing
touch me ... wit your hands feel the cold ...
hide my eyes.. cause my heart grows black
cant breathe from this fatal heart attack..
spoke in a whisper
felt the vibration near my ear
it doesn't end .. it never forgets
it doesn't know how to let go
its drunk from laced sugar
mirrors cant hide her eyes
water cant clean the dirt away
love cant heal the splinters
notebooks line her floor ..
covered in inked drawings of fragile words placed in margins
raw .. written in haste
loops trespassing the code of spaces
dots floating through white specks
running mascara decorates the page.. interweaved with tears..
chattering teeth.. begging .. wanting.. ashamed..
fingers prints touch her
I'm breaking.........
licked her skin tasted the salt from my tears
bent over her cold body
feel the anger weld inside of me
believed i could stay
but I'm placed deeper inside
barricaded in
finger prints hurt her
I'm frightened............
those eyes ... made me
fall...
falling ....
they catch me ... gently send me into shock ..
extend my hand to feel ... explore.. pull away
blue dots play near my side view
indangers my heart
my breath knocked from the harsh wind of the night
falls ...
falling....
to the concrete... flat lined....
fingerprints erase her
I'm belittled..........
she sighs .. grasps the open air .. no support ..
caves in
stares up ..seeking guidance from mother moon ...
carried her solitude ...
underneath her beating heart thuds weakly ... barely finding a pulse
she lays against her hands ... her fingers intertwined tightly..
closes her eyes in defeat.. gives up .....
finger prints brush her by
I'm fragile..........
takes down her pinned wings.. no desire to fly ....
to painful to soar.... sits .. awaits..
applies her last bottle of cover up ...
her eyes reflected in his ...
she falls ...
falling .........

he never intended to catch her this time
