My Best Friend

by Krista   Jan 11, 2006

I watch you as you kiss your girl it really makes me want to hurl. You see that girl is my best friend she said she'd be there through the end. Because of you her life is gone it came that cold and fateful dawn. You had a few to many beers. You never thought it'd bring these tears. Now we sit and wonder why but all we can do is sit and cry. A life was lost because of you next time you need to get a clue. So next time that you drink and drive that the lord that you survived. I hope you remember that fateful day maybe that will change your ways. As for our friend she's not forgotten as she lays in heaven on clouds of cotten.
