What I wouldn\'t Give

by Angel Of Music   Jan 11, 2006

What I wouldn't give to be like them,
Even at lunch she's all over him,
To love someone that loves you back,
To both be on the same track,
Without her in class you long for her touch,
At home all alone you long just as much,
The times that you spend with her in your grasp,
For nothing else could you possibly ask,
He loves her and she loves he,
If only somebody loved me,
Then I would have a reason to live,
There's nothing that I wouldn't give.
I sit at home; think of my lost love,
She was there for a moment then flew away like a dove,
Now she's gone there's nothing more,
My life has nothing else in store.
But if someone out there would like to prove me wrong,
By giving me all of their heart,
Then their would be a rift in life's song,
And I'd have to fix this part,
But I know that that won't happen,
There's no one here for me,
It's like my soul is napping,
My eyes they do not see,
Because my heart is like a sieve,
Loves there and then its not,
There's nothing that I wouldn't give,
To be that special spot.
