In the darkness I am sleeping
Avoiding all the nightmares creeping
All the things that I despise
Planning out my dark demise
Your shedding light all in my space
To show the scars upon my face
The face that you somehow defamed
The face that's scarred, scared and ashamed...

Ashamed of all the things I've done,
This cant be settled with a gun,
The thoughts that leave my mind impaired,
The thoughts that you and I have shared,
To just let go and be set free,
Get rid of this insanity...

I cannot dwell in the past,
Of all selfish things I've asked,
To just give up, leave debts unpaid,
Would assure that I cannot be saved,
