Those people

by Fliss   Jan 12, 2006

Walking down that corridor,
Haunting faces increasing more,
A tear falling so innocently,
My life drifting before me,
Hiding my personality,
I clutch my books,
like a child’s blanket to their chest,

That red rope that I fear,
Will soon become the chosen thing,
Never having to listen to their comments,
I can finally rest in peace,
Just when you think nothing will change,
A shining light comes towards you,
Another direction a different path,

Specking through the pointless attacks,
You listened supporting my back,
For every tear I cried you put my life right,
Having to watch my every movement,
You helped until you saw my true colours,
now all you need to know is,
Thank you, you saved my life, you replaced my confidence.
