I Hate ...

I hate that I smile,
I hate that I hide,
I hate that I'm not me,
I hate that I lied.

I hate that I'm someone else,
I hate that I don't show,
I hate me so much,
I hate that you don't know,

I hate that I'm fake,
I hate that you don't realise,
I hate that you don't care,
I hate all the lies.

Why don't you just see?
And realise that I'm not okay
I can't take the pain anymore,
Its killing me every day...

    Wow, i love this poem so much because i can realte to it well. I understand how hard it is to go everyday faking a smile and for once wishing it was real. Great use of words to express the emotion love. 5/5
