Rain

by Nearly but not quite   Jan 16, 2006

Rain cleanses
Leaving mud,
Rain washes away proplems
And leaves wetness in their place
Rain is the thing that lets you know you're alive.
The only problem comes when you get a cold
From too much rain.
That is when rain does not quite wash away all problems.

Cheers D, but I'm not much of a one for structure, I often find it to constraining and a bit limited. I guess you may have noticed I don't use it a whole lot! :-)

When it comes to nature poems, structure is harder. Nature is more of captivating the read with images.

I wrote it ages ago, I think this one's a bit different to the original, should I try and find that version for you?
