A Better You

Its been so long since Ive done this last
I'm back to biting nails and turning red
and feeling tears swell up as i walk away
i think always of what ill never have
Ive questioned too why Ive returned
and for what reasons , what motivations
and i know now i have good intentions
of never ever letting you down
but you cant trust me, and i don't doubt why
'cause several times you've showed me
a new you, a better you, without me
