Just Filled With Hate

by Matt   Jan 18, 2006

My cold darkened ashes, the colors I fear, the intense wind of wonder, and the voices I hear

Puddles over puddles, sand over mud, glazed by the hatred, the world now shall flood
Crystals of the earth, come in with the mass, the gray sky has melted, with the cold dying grass
What we strive for isnt healthy, were forgetting whats real, realize that the world is, not ours to conceal
Religions decision to create war was wrong, and now all the buildings, are protected and strong
Is this what we wanted, a world full of spies, one who rules our spaces, are filled up with lies

Do you get what I get?
Do you feel what I feel?
Do you wish for what I wish?
Is whats real really real?
Is the earth really awesome?
Are our lives really great?
Or all of you just guarded,
Am I just filled with hate?

Now personally hear me, Im not what I seem, there is more wrong with me, as far as you can dream
Voices are screaming, right down to the bone, they make it hard to sleep, make me feel so alone
But once I am dreaming, theyre not quite so pleasant, dark nights fill my life, this horrors heaven sent

Broken spider webs, bugs being killed, just like broken people, the void hasnt filled
Terrifying creatures, Im nothing but a stray, I want to believe that, thisll all go away
Blood curdling cries, doomed from that voice, are the unfortunate people, who just didnt have a choice
Now you have quite a vision, of whats inside of me, but the stories not complete, till you be what I be
