Sea of Love

by ~*~*Jenna Leigh*~*~   Jan 20, 2006

Heres a tainted, bloody soul,
dying painfully,
screaming silently.
wishing for it all to end,
red roses is what she loves,
but now all she sees is black.
into the darkness she goes,
somewhere no one will ever know.
bleeding out her pain,
poisoned with every step she takes.
each gets harder to take.
she trips and falls,
and gets up again,
her body is beaten and broken,
bruised and bloody,
but she doesn't have a care in the world.
she can't feel a thing,
so all she does is sing,
glass shatters,
stabbing her deep,
this life is not hers to keep.
the love of her life isn't her love,
so her love isn't her life.
now all we do is watch her fail.
laugh at her as she fades.
not seeing the fear in her eyes,
as she falls into the sea.
drowning helplessly,
not a tear in her eye,
but with a smile on her face,
a mile wide.
with not a care in the world,
she sings us a song,
my love for him, is the whole sea.
