Her Secret

by behindwettears   Jan 22, 2006

She is fifteen
And already has something to hide
Every night before her shower
This problem she denied

She thinks she is fat
Despite what people say
Her life is in a whirl
Each and every day

She keeps very quiet
No one knows about this
They think she is smart
And that her life is bliss

She eats very small amounts
So that she won’t have to do it
Living the life she does
She really ought to quit

There are many more secrets
She doesn’t show
She has to stop
If she wants her life to glow

***this poem is about me I have an eating disorder***
