Whats that?

"Whats that on your arm?" she asks
"Oh, its nothing just a scratch" I say
"Are you sure" she says
"YA"

I know I use to to release the pain inside,
with one little scratch at a time,
but sometimes its not enough,

I try to hold everything inside,
I know it's not healthy,
but I am afraid of what,
People will do if they know how i feel,

thats why i keep everything to myself,
also not wanting to worry others,
I already have enough people i cant talk to why make more?
