Never Alone

I saw you standing there in the middle of a crowd and all of a sudden my heart started to beat so loud. It drowned out all the noise and everyone seemed to disappear. It was almost as if you and me were the only ones here. At that moment I felt a connection between you and me. And I knew if I gave you my heart you could possibly set it free. I went with my heart and loved you with all I had. In return you taught me that love can hurt so bad. I feel tears of acid run down my cheek. It's almost as if my eyes have sprung a leak. As I lift my hands to dry my tears. I hear a voice tell me to have no fear. I lifted my head to look around and a large empty room is all I found. So I looked to the heavens with a tear stricken face and asked God why he let me walk in such a place. So he reached down and took me by his side. He held me close and told me not to cry for he has great plans for me and at that moment I set my problems free. Because boys come and boys go but in the end I am never alone.
