All I want for Christmas is to be loved again
For someone to hold
For a best friend

I had all of this once long ago
But now it is no more
Then a memory in the snow

All I want for Christmas is for someone to kiss my cheek
To tell me everything is all right
when my eyes have sprung a leak.

I use to be so happy, he was my best friend.
Every time I began to cry
He would come hold my hand

All I want for Christmas is to be somebody again.
To not feel so useless
Like a grain of sand.

I no longer have a purpose anymore.

That anyone adores.

All I want for Christmas is to gain happiness.
Right now everything
Is such a mess
