Missing you

With space between us;
Days feel like years,
Drowning in sorrow
Rain falls thinner than my tears.
I feel incomplete: I surrender!
Cold separation still remains
Distance stretches miles,
But time causes my pains.
Still more than a million seconds
I must wait
I am held by the boundaries the clocks create.

It is obvious
I cannot deny it anymore
I am missing you further than I ever have before.
