The love that runs so deep

by Danielle   Jan 27, 2006

Is he going to let her fall forever?
He beats his head against the wall while his true love perishes into the dark of the well.

She wakes up in the wet darkness
Cold shivers through her veins
What has brought her to this dark place?

He pokes his eye out with the sweet thorn of the bloody rose.
He drops it into the well
Swearing his love forever

A sign of love from above as the bloody rose falls on her head.
Scratching her and her face bleeds
She hugs the rose so tight it digs into her veins and she feels the love that runs so deep.
A black tear drips down her pale face.

Blood and tears drip down his sweet loving face.
He can never forgive himself
How could he let her fall down the dark dreadful well?
He pulls his hair out strand by strand swaying back and forth.

The faint light thats over head slowly fades away.
The black tear still sits there on her face, embedding into her memory.
She pulls her nails off one by one watching the sticky blood flow dying the blue water ruby.

He gets to his feet as his eye still pours blood.
He throws himslef into the well and feels himself fall into the dark world below.
He's coming for his love.

Struck to the ground into the red water, she cant breath.
Picked up by the one she loves she is releaved.
They look at eachothers faces and the sweet blood dripping down.
Both freezing in the waters where they will live until they die
All that matters is that they are together to bleed and cry.
