The Children We Forgot

by stacy   Jan 28, 2006

There are children in the world that we forgot and left alone
They are hungry they are and sick they can't be on there own
How can people just walk on by and they don't even care
When these children are alone and crying I just don't think it's fair

The children that we have forgotten are so hungry and they're scared
And what really bugs me most is that this hasn't even been aired
When they think that it's okay because the children are overseas
And they are dying from hunger but not from disease

But the facts are wrong and people just don't know
That children are dying over hear
and they don't help even though
All they have to do is bring them a plate of food
But they're self-centered , stuck-up and rude

I don't know about you but I'm going to help some how
I won't just sit and watch I want to something now
So when I'm old enough I want to help everyone that's still alive
And maybe I'll make a difference to help some one survive
