Who I Want To Be

by †Undone♥   Jan 28, 2006

I put on a show everyday,
This really isn't me.
For who I am hates myself,
This isn't who I want to be.
I want to be normal in everyones book,
I don't want to argue and make everyone look.
Look at you, of course, you are not me.
I am inside, trying to become free.
Free from torture, free from pain,
Instead of the fire, I want the rain.
Against my face, like my tears
that I shed every time I look at the years,
I wasted by being what you started.
Now I am brokenhearted
Because of what you did to me,
This isn't who I want to be.
