Valentines day, quickly approaching,
The shops reminding us all to send a card to the one we love,
Whether they know we do, or its a secret kept locked within our hearts.
This will be the third year running you're my valentine,
But not just for a day, instead, all year through.
I'm not after gifts of silver or gold,
I'm not even after chocolates,
I just want something you've thought through,
Something someone else could give,
But from you it holds a deeper meaning,
Its something special, that comes from within.
To see your romantic side again,
Just to know you feel those things you felt for me back then.
I don't think I'm asking for that much from you,
Just let me know you love me, as much as I love you.
