Suicide of a Country again

by eternal rest   Jan 31, 2006

"It is good for those it power,
That people do not think."

Uplift my power,
Keep me strong.
Tell them little, white lies.
They wont ever know the difference.
Just give me my power,
I don't care how.
I want total and complete control.
Show them fear,
Blind their eyes with lies.
Tell them we will all die if they do not
Submit to my slaves of Government.
Give me my war,
I want to play them like pawns.
All in the game of Chess you like to call
Life.

Why are there so many people dieing?
Why are we all still crying?
What are we doing there?
Spilling our blood,
Without a cause.
Can't you see?
We kill without reason,
We die for fear that doesn't exist.
What happened to our courage,
To admit that we were wrong?
That maybe, what they searched for
Is only make believe.
Not even our freedom
Remains.
These ideas of justice;
Peace and virtue,
The Secret Alliance of lies.
Killing us,
In the suicide of a country.

Open your pretty, American eyes,
And have a look around.
You're being blinded by these constant lies.
But they talk of a hero,
Let that hero be us.
Stand up and fight for what you know is right.
Stand up and end this war.
Dare to be the change
You want to see in the world.
Save their lives,
And our precious country too.
