It's different on your side

I wanna be your best friend,
But I already know it's not gonna happen again.
I lied when I said I wanted more.
That's not what your in my life for.
You're there to help me out.
Make is do I have nothing to cry about.
I want the bond we once had.
Just thinking about it makes me sad.
You changed your appearance to be something your not.
You aren't this or that's what I thought.
I got thinking the other day,
And now I just don't know what to say.
You're trying to hard to be a sterotype.
I know exactly what that's like.
I don't know why you would want that,
To hid the true you under that hat.
Do whatever you desire.
I just don't want a friend who's a liar.

Im saying this as a poet myself, not as a friend. there was no rhythm and the sentences didnt blend together. and the whole "I wanna be your best friend" at the beginning then the "i just dont wanta friend who's a liar" the contrast didnt make sense throughout the poem.
