Moving On

by Amadeous   Feb 1, 2006

As I lie in bed I can't get you out of my head. I keep thinking of all the times we spent. Together, you said we would be together forever. I guess you meant forever as in two years. As i lie here mourning my loss, I think of As i lie here mourning my loss, I think of silk, A single strand, so soft yet strong.
You cut my silk and let it fall. You stepped all over it and walked away.
But is there plenty more silk on the reel of love? So ill start all over, on a new clean slate. And find the love of my life, without you.
