She was beautiful,
Nothing she'd lack.
She was colorful,
Now only black.
She gleamed with power,
She flowed with grace.
Darkness devoured,
Height of her race.
She's pulling away,
Off into the night.
Avoid every ray,
Get out of the light.
She was a princess,
The family jewel.
Bound for success,
But she was a tool.
And so she walked out,
She's leaving them there.
They'll cry and they'll shout,
But she doesn't care.
