Life And Death

by Kat   Feb 4, 2006

Eyes of such a blue
Like the ocean above you
Drown my Life away
Feeling like I must pay

For what, you ask
There is no answer
A confusing line
From such soft lips

You shield your face
Your every move
From a light so pure
Like an awaiting corpse.

A burning desire
Like the heat of a flame
The need for blood
Go purely insane

The Life of a lie
So easy to hide
The words come with ease
Without the blink of an eye

I'll remember your face
Forever to come
Have no doubt
Of your Life ahead

Like the kiss of Death
The breath of Life
Take your time
And let me Die

Into your arms
I'll fall like a brick
Immobile,
From that one Kiss

The faint brush of your lips
The power so pure
Running through my body
Like wind through trees

The tingle on my skin
Running up my spine
I shudder with Life
Pain fading away

The sight of blood
Such a thick line
I'll Die without it
I'll Live with you

Life and Death
Something so pure
To Live is to Die
To Die is to Live

The feel of your skin
A milky perfection
Soft to the touch
Beautiful to the eyes

Nothing mars that perfection
Just that one scar
It fits you well
Frees your soul

It's a Life I want
A Life I need
The Life I have
Seems so far

That voice so thick
Like velvet I could touch
Slide through my fingers
Play with it's feel

That laugh crawls
All over my skin
Sending your power
All through my body

A Feeling so Pure
A Touch so Fatal
A Laugh so Haunting
A Smile so Enticing

This person I love
Nowhere to be found
I sink under
And let myself drown.
