Heartbroken

I think I've only loved once in my life,
Nothing happened really,
But I got my heart broken.

And it all happened because I let someone in my heart.
Before that time, I wouldn't allow myself to have all these feelings,
Because I just knew how it all ends

You don't have to experience love to know that you'll most probably end up heartbroken...

And now, I let someone else into my heart...again...
And unfortunately, I'm heartbroken for the second time...
Not as hurt as before,
Because I didn't invest myself as much...

But still...

So for the time being,
I think I should close my heart,
Maybe love will come to me one day,
But I can't allow myself to go to it
