It was you who changed his life
gave him a reason to smile
without you aunty
his life wasn\'t worth while.
Together you grew a love
that some may call a joke
but you both knew that it was true
but cancer\'s how it broke.
He smoked each day knowing
soon his life might end
but that didnâ??t matter to him
because beside him was his best friend.
That was you aunty,
you gave him his last breath
he thought of you, and said Iâ??ll do it
and then went up his chest.
Everyday he called you beautiful
which I believe is true,
Iâ??m sure if he was with us again
heâ??d say his life was because of you.
Everyday that man thanked God
with words Iâ??m sure were true.
because even though God gave him cancer
He lead him straight to you.
